How to order
Underneath every product is a "purchase" button. Simply click on that button and it will take you to your shopping cart where you can change the quantity ordered from 0 (which would delete an item) to whatever quantity is desired. If you want to continue shopping select the "continue shopping" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page. When you have finished shopping select the country you would like your purchases delivered to and then select the "Go to payments" button and it will ask for the delivery address and payment details.


Gift Wrapping
On every page of jewellery there is text underneath every row of jewellery that says "Gift Wrapping" Selecting this text will take you to the shopping cart where $5.00NZD will be added to your order and it will say "Gift wrapping & gift card (enter your message in the comments section below)" Please make sure you do enter a comment otherwise your card will only have a 'from' and 'to' text on it.


Payments
We accept the following payment types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express card all available through PayPal. We also now accept Paymate payments.

Secure Server
All credit Card details are encrypted and temporarily stored on a 128 bit SSL secure server. All orders are processed manually by the store manager, here in store within minutes of each order or first thing in the morning if the order occurs overnight.


Freight
If any items are delayed for any reason we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Freight prices are as per our freight page


Prices
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (goods and services tax)


Returns Policy
Within 14 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from thejewellerybox.co.nz store, for any reason, for a full refund of the items purchase price, provided:

* The product is undamaged and in original condition.
* The original receipt slip is included with the item.
* The item includes all original packaging and associated parts or accessories.

We cannot accept returns that are damaged or soiled, or items returned (received by us) more than 14 days after delivery.

The shipping cost of returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is a result of our error.
The original shipping cost of returned items will not be refunded, unless the return is again the result of our error.
